- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive across the industry I challenge anyone to compare pricing. My rate is fair, across-the-board.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With any golf lesson the first initial session, I consider a meet and greet to see what skill level I’m working with. Whereas 45 minutes is never a long time for one lesson I would be able to get you into a position to understand your abilities, which mean so you can self diagnose yourself when you’re out on the range by yourself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have associates degree in golf, business management along with golf course management.
