My pricing is transparent and flexible to suit every client's needs. I have a minimum call-out fee of $100, and my hourly rate is $60. However, for most projects, I prefer to provide a detailed, upfront estimate so you know exactly what to expect. I believe this approach is beneficial for both the client and myself, as it aligns our interests towards achieving excellent results in the most efficient manner. Hourly rates can sometimes disincentivize efficiency. For larger renovation and remodeling projects, I offer discounts of up to 20%.

My typical process for working with a new customer involves a few straightforward steps: Initial Contact: You reach out to me through Thumbtack to request a quote or discuss your project. Assessment: I connect with you to discuss the details of your job, ask any necessary questions, and provide a rough estimate if possible. For larger or more complex projects, I may visit your property for an in-person assessment. Proposal: I deliver a detailed written proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and total cost. Scheduling: Once you’re ready to move forward, we'll work together to find a day and time that fits your schedule to begin the work. Work: I carry out the work professionally and within the agreed timeframe, maintaining open communication with you throughout the process. Completion: Upon completion, I conduct a final walkthrough to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the results.
