What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a complicated pricing system. Generally we need to know the square footage of a home for both interior and exterior cleaning. to include driveways, decks and walkways. When we are hired for a interior cleanout we need to know how much furniture and appliances are needing to be hauled off. Pictures are very helpful in the bidding process.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoy cleaning and like giving people freedom to do things they enjoy.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of work that we perform are commercial interior cleaning, residential interior cleaning and post construction cleaning.
