What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to view the job in person in order to give an accurate estimate as each job is unique. Usually the customer is not sure of the square footage, how much dirt may be needed to add or remove for the correct grade, etc. I guess you can say I am "old school".
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of Valuable Hand On Experience working from the ground up.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
3rd Generation. Began helping my Grandfather and Uncles while growing up. I guess you could say I am a born natural. I also have trained my wife, our children and several others who I have worked with and also those who have helped me through the years.
