Introduction: I troubleshoot computer hardware, software and peripheral (printer, etc.) issues by responding to requests for technical assistance in person, email, and by phone. I research questions and supply answers using available resources. I advise end users on what appropriate action to take. I am a break-fix technician. I do malware, virus and spyware removal.
