Joshua was excellent to work with. He sent a quote in advance, confirmed our appointment before arrival, and brought everything needed to complete the job. When we found the new fan did not have all parts to accommodate a high ceiling, we discussed options, and he was able to install a solution during the same appointment. After a quick overview of how the new fan worked, he hung the new remote and cleaned up after himself. He even hauled away the broken fan. I will absolutely be calling him for furture work!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I introduce myself and establish a friendly relationship with the them so they feel more comfortbale. Next I will discuss and plan the work to be done with the customer so they know every step that is going to take place. Then when the work is done, I will have them check and confirm quality work the RIGHT WAY!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 yrs. experience in the business, hands on and educated!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked after high school while in college, and decided to open my own business.
