- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After spending over 15 years in restaurant management, with experience in both the Kitchen and Dining Room, I had the opportunity to do a catered party for the owner of a record label. It was at that point that I decided to pursue a career in catering. It is very rewarding for me to take what my clients envision and turn it into reality.

To look for a caterer that uses top quality ingredients and operates with the utmost professionalism. many times, the cheapest caterer is not the best for your affair.
