My husband and I purchased a home in Richmond Hill, GA in late September. The builder had pre-wired a surround sound system in our great room, however, none of the speakers were installed or set up. I contacted the individual that pre-wired my home to get a quote and felt the price I was given was extremely high. Then I contacted Coastal Audio Visual and Jeremy was very accommodating right from the start. He came over quickly and gave me a very fair and reasonable price. He spent a good deal of time going over different speaker options with me and explaining things to me in detail (which was very helpful because I have never had a surround sound system installed before and I didn't really know the first thing about it.) He took his time and I genuinely felt like he cared. I hired Coastal Audio Video to do the job and my husband and I not be happier with the way things turned out. Even during the install process some Jeremy ran into some issues because of the way that the system was pre-wired and he was skilled enough to come up with alternatives to get us the system that we wanted. He was meticulous in the wiring job, he paid great attention to detail and the wiring is all labeled and neatly stored inside of my entertainment cabinet. When have had numerous guests over who have commented about how great our surround sound system is. Even now, if I have a question regarding my universal remote, I know I can call Jeremy and count on him to take my call and talk me through my issue. Jeremy is a true expert in his field and he has a wealth of knowledge about his products that left my husband and I thoroughly impressed. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have had in recent years and I would happily recommend Coastal Audio Video to all of my friends and family.

Jeremy installed 2 outdoor TV's for our grilling and outdoor lounge at Two Addison Place. He did a great job and even worked with the cable contractor for us. He is very timley and professional. I would absoutley recommend him.
