FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in my father's wood working shop so I have always been good with my hands, I put myself through school (GA State University) by working in the manufacturing industry as an OEM welder where I developed a keen ability to read complex drawings. Upon graduation I worked in production mgt, inventory control, quality control and eventually I was in charge of running large factories with millions of dollars worth of equipment. I was in charge of hundreds of workers. During my tenure in the manufacturing arena I also bought, renovated and sold real-estate. I also performed construction work for other property investors, friends and of course family. Eventually my client base grew to the point to where I was unable to manage both the factories and the construction projects. For me, I preferred the creativity and excitement of the construction/real-estate industry. I also preferred being an entrepreneur over the "corporate" life. I believe that all of these experiences have contributed to my success and bring many positive attributes of the manufacturing industry into my projects such as productive methodology, supply chain mgt, worker selection and training, continuos improvement etc.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do not focus on just one type of project. I have found this to be limiting and unfulfilling. We do kitchens, baths, entertainment systems, lighting, outdoor products such as decks, pergolas, front entries, additions, hardscapes, design build applications, custom cabinetry, restaurants. We are a cut above the rest
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The truth is many testimonials are falsified or inaccurate Don't be duped. A Picture is worth a thousand words, but a project picture on a website gallery can hide a thousand mistakes (even without digital augmentation) A Referral is much more valuable because you can engage in dialogue with one of our clients. We maintain an ongoing relationship with many of our clients. Hence, most of our business is from client referrals and repeat business. To receive a "job specific" (i.e. kitchen, bath, addition etc.) referral from one (or more) of our clients please contact us so that we may provide you with the best information that relates specifically for your project needs. In my experiences, nothing is more compelling than a satisfied customer. Thank you for the opportunity to earn your business! Chris Marosy (President) (770-880-0375)
