Took up tile floor, removed wood flooring in 3 rooms. Only thing we don't like is they needed to level the floor better in kitchen area you can feel the uneven flooring.

I was told by the owners that they are on a budget and told them the floors needed self level but they said that the job had to be done in only a few days. They didn't want to spend the money to level the floors and we can't provide services for free. We advised using the foam underlayment and they wanted to save money and didn't want to use that. You get what you pay for. The clients foundation of the home is cracking and settling.
