I inquired about her services to help out my daughter.
She responded very quickly. She was willing to drive to my daughter’s in the country. Although we didn’t use her service she was kind, responsive and I appreciate her. If my daughter changes her mind we’ll definitely call her.

Hired to do deep clean before moving in new house.
They came with rags and a bottle of cleaner. Didn’t vacuum, mop, clean any appliances. Had a vacuum for first room and I guess it broke, so nothing else got vacuumed.
House was no cleaner after they left. Paid $250 plus a tip. Only bc I felt obligated to. There should be refunds when this app recommends professionals.
I couldn’t believe how bad it was.
