House Cleaning (One Time)
Valerie Mitchell was very prompt in responding to my request for a one-time cleaning request. She was pleasant, professional and responsive. After listening to my house size, number of pets, and which areas I was most concerned with, I asked Valerie if she could fit me in for the next day. We managed a time that worked for both of us. She gave me a very reasonable quote as well.
Valerie showed up with her associate promptly. She told me how long she thought the job would take, then they got down to work, paying close attention to bathrooms and kitchen. I even had a rug I'd practically given up on that looked like new when they left; they got a hopeless stain out of it as well. They were done exactly when she said they would be. The house smelled and looked very clean. What a difference!
I will not hesitate to use Victorious Cleaning services again. They worked hard to clean my house and it showed. Excellent job!

My typical process with working with a new customer is genuine. I always show my customer appreciation by giving excellent quality of work and giving cash back like Visa cards. Anywhere from $25 to $100. I'm also concerned about what the customer wants.
