I’ve had them do several jobs from trimming up tall shrubs, removing a small dead tree, and cleaning my gutters, all the way up to installing a fence, sprinkler system, and a patio. They did a great job and were very professional. I didn’t know about having to get dig permit and locate, or why they could get started that day, but thankfully Jake knew and was able to avoid cutting a cable wire that I didn’t even know about. Also, they have tiny tractors that I was skeptical about when I first saw them but they were able to work without messing up my yard. My neighbor still has areas with no grass after another contractor destroyed their yard with bobcat.

Overcommunicate with the customer. He didnt return my calls or texts when he said he would. Left me on read. Waste of my time after I explained I can adjust just communicate with me.
