The Entire internet presence for our company is handled by Mike Clement of Goldenfire Technology, LLC. He has designed a wonderful website for us which allows customers to sign up for e-mail newsletters. We recently polled our crowd at an auction sale and the Majority of attendees had received the e-mail notices. In a business where newspaper advertising rates are ever increasing, it makes us feel great that we can communicate directly with our customers. He has also linked our Facebook page to the website. We have specialty auctions several times a year where we print a full catalog listing of all of the items. As soon as I have a PDF file created, I send it to Mike and I am always amazed at how quickly he has an On-line Catalog created for us. We have had to increase bandwidth due to overwhelming response and we are so happy that Mike's personal service has led to this result! I can whole-heartedly recommend his technology services to brand and promote your business.

Mike Clement did outstanding service for us. He understood that we did not have the financial resources to buy a new computer and was able to get our computer up and running for us and kept it running until we were able to afford new system. His prices were reasonable and his quality of work outstanding. We thought we had lost all of our files. Mike was able to get everything back except our folders with the emails and documents from our daughter in China. He knew how sad we were about this and he didn't quit trying to get them for us. A few weeks later, Mike showed up at our door with a disk labeled China. Mike went above and beyond what he needed to do for us. We highly recommend Mike Clement for any of your computer needs.

Mike has fixed several computers for me. He does a great job and has given me tips to keep me from needing his services too often. He works in a timely manner so I wasn't without my computer for too long.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For computer repair, I charge $45 per hour for residential and $65 per hour for businesses. For websites, simple sites (under 10 pages with no Ecommerce), I charge $550 if the client hosts their site with me. I charge an additional $200 if the client doesn't host with me. My hosting rates start at $16.50 per month for simple sites.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently working on my comptia a+ testing. This is a certification test for computer repair specialists. I will be taking the exam in january.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always enjoyed working with computers. It comes naturally to me. I understand them.
