- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explaining the process of hiring my services and asking exactly how I can help them. Sometimes I can give recommendations over the phone on options concerning their vehicle, that may include not fixing their vehicle as they previously thought. I like giving people options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Diploma in Automotive Technology from Athens Technical College, Honor Society, Earned ASE Master Technician accreditation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working on vehicles at the age of 14 and I haven’t stopped yet!
