Introduction: I’ve been in this business now for 4 years, but recently started my own business. Quality is the roots of my business. I like to keep in contact with customers to make sure the quality is excellent and what they expect. I make sure the job I do is done the right way to my expectations. I’d live to grow my business, I love the work that I do most of all though I enjoy being outside so I definitely chose the right business for that. I have no problem with anyone who would like to ask some of my current customers the quality of work I provide and the attention to detail. I have commercial lawn equipment to get the job done. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge $65 an hour for lawn maintenance which is mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing off as well as picking up sticks and pine cones. Also that is getting your flower beds sprayed to keep weeds out. Some yards may be more depending on size some yards may be less but my typical is $65 an hour. Hedges and shrubbery are priced differently and I’d try to talk all My customers in to quarterly trims it’s easier to maintain and keep controlled.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Basically find out exactly what they want done to their yard and go from there
