Communication was excellent throughout the project. William cleared about a quarter acre of wooded area. The work was completed to my satisfaction in a timely manner and extra time was taken to clean the job site when they left. I will use William in the future for similar projects.

He worked with his son, Tristen. He did not honor his quote ,& he wanted to increase his price although after we already had an approved contractual agreement. He stated that he usually changed his prices as he sees fit. They were both on the site for two hours, but they got my $2000. Tristen stated that he will be back on the 28th & the 29th but no show. I felt that I got scammed.

This review is very unfortunate. I have never worked with this person and have asked that they remove it because I have never quoted on this project. I have called Thumbtack about it, but they will not remove the feedback. We work hard for our customers and are very disheartened about this. She even shared a screenshot of the agreement with the other company. I wish Ethel would do the right thing and remove this review, which has nothing to do with Southeastern Land Management.
