I had no issue with response time it was very fast. They were able to figure out the problem quickly and start the repair process right away. They were so good unfortunately had another leak but I knew who to call! Definitely the best choice I made.

Jon was sent to our home quickly. They use an app showing you exactly where the repair person is located as they’re driving to your home. I knew when Jon arrived, and opened the door before he knocked or rang. He was knowledgeable, experienced, an excellent communicator, did superior work installing a new bathroom faucet in tight space, worked efficiently, then charged a reasonable price for the job. Have him coming back later this week to replace a leaking shower handle kit. Highly recommend Showtime Express!!
