- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices we quote are complete. We do not play games with a low initial price. All of our written quotes include the initial treatment, all of the follow-ups, any retreats if needed, and all materials needed for the entire warranty period. We do not have trip charges, follow up treatment charges, or any other add on charges. We offer in-home confirmation inspections and quotes. We are happy to talk with you on the phone and explain the treatment and pricing. Any pricing that is given for bed bug work has assumptions built-in. Upon seeing the property the estimate may change. Not all companies treat for bed bugs and termites the same way. It is important that when you get quotes you are comparing similar treatment strategies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk with each customer about their needs. Bed bugs and termites will require an inspection of your home. We will then explain the treatment options, provide written quotes and agreements, and schedule the treatment. We want you to understand the treatment process and have realistic expectations about the different treatment options.
