I'm pretty disappointed. She was friendly and prompt with the first appointment. We had a slight communication hiccup regarding the second, but got it sorted out and I paid for all 4 sessions at once. Then there was a sprain, then a car accident and surgery, so we had to indefinitely postpone the last 2 sessions. I continued to work with my dog but the training didn't "stick", all that had been done was walking in a circle and stopping every time my dog pulled. I requested a partial refund for the 2 sessions I paid for and didn't receive. I have asked repeatedly and not received my refund, or an answer to my last 2 messages. I try to be understanding, life happens. However, at this point I feel I wasted $195 on nothing. My dog is no better trained than she was before and I did not receive the service I paid for.

Excellent experience! Hiring Lisa to train my puppy was the perfect choice. She is a true pro that knows exactly how to correct bad behavior. I purchased the four session package and by the third week my puppy was completely housebroken and was no longer eating my furniture! Best money I've ever spent. Highly recommend Lisa and "Bad Dog Good Dog". Amazing results.

Lisa is a dog whisperer! She successfully trained my dog and trained me to be a confident and nurturing dog mom. In my opinion, Lisa's skills are magical. I plan to purchase a second package so we can work on advanced skills such as greeting guests at the door and walking without lunging. She is worth every penny.

We had an wonderful experience with Lisa. She was very helpful with controlling the temperament of my puppy, his behavior has completely turned around. I purchased the four session package. Very fair price. Not only did my puppy learn a lot from her, so did I... I left with plenty of tools to implement in our daily life. Our household has been running much smoother since she came into our lives. I would absolutely recommend her to others, her service was outstanding!!

I recieved 4 quotes from Thumbtack, on dog trainning. I chose (Bad Dog Good Dog) w/Lisa Taratoot, initially because of $$, however after only having completing 2 of our secessions,my dog has had a tremendous turnaround, and I am completly confident in Lisa "knowledge" in pet training abilities! and I am looking foward to our continued training process! Dogs learn by repetition. If you are not willing to put in the time and effort required training will not stick.
