- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system, per se. Every home/property is unique, and requires a unique approach in solving the problem(s) at hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) Speak to the customer over the phone. 2.) Ask key questions to help me identify their most likely issue. 3.) Schedule a free inspection, not only to specifically determine what the problem is, but to also give an estimate on the procedure needed to solve the problem and keep it from happening again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each pest control operator is required to attend regular CEU credit classes to renew their license. I also earned a B.S. in Biology from Clemson University.
