Mira and Alex are such an incredible team. Their communication before, during and after the job was much appreciated. They just so happened to be able to squeeze me in the very next day after I posted the job. We weren’t able to complete the entire apartment, it was a mass of clutter, however they did make it feel much more manageable and peaceful. They were happy to come back to complete the job and were willing to squeeze me in a few days later, which they projected would take another three appointments, however I was under strict time constraints and had to have it completed within two days so I called someone else in to keep working on my mess, but Mira and Alex made it so much better in the day they were there. I appreciate them having boundaries and prioritizing self-care! I have worked with others that pushed themselves passed what they should have, including working over night, and it was obvious by their work and attitude that they were resentful and took on more than they should have. Mira and Alex were very upfront about the importance of them honoring their energy and work hours. It was refreshing and something I wish more people did, including myself! If I were to sum it up, I would say working with these two was a lovely experience. They were also helpful, caring and patient with my daughter who is on the spectrum. The aura these two beautiful souls have is one you would definitely want to welcome into your home. I am so grateful beyond the great work they did in helping organize my space.

EXCEPTIONAL! This dynamic duo exceeded my expectations! Initially, I ruled them out due to cost. Fortunately, Mira called me immediately. That call was critical. In it, I realized just how much I was getting for my money. Experienced professionals who were there to declutter and organize, BUT, with the crucial skills to help me CHANGE my habits that kept me living in a state of chaos and clutter. The results have been life changing. The three of us worked together to transform my house into a place of beauty , peace and calm. I invested in MYSELF. And so did they. Mira and Alex are completely in sync as they work. They’re calm and efficient. The anxiety and shame I felt prior to “exposing “ my household disorder quickly dissipated. No judgment. Only kindness and understanding. I have used organizers previously. They were ineffective long term because they didn’t work with me on my personal issues that kept me in the cycle of clutter. I can’t emphasize this “therapy “ aspect enough. I am beyond thrilled with the results. If you’re hesitant in considering them, as was I, make the phone call. You will at least have a point of comparison , and you might just end up with a clutter free home and mind.

They were great! My garage was a mess, but I didn't have the time to clean. They came in and got everything sorted and cleaned. They were wonderful and if I ever need organizing, I will definitely use them again. Tip: before they come, get some clear storage containers/tubs for them to use to store in the area -make sure to measure to maximize space.

Mm mm mm…Listen, I couldn’t wait to type this review!!! Where do I start?! … Mira and Alex are ANGELS in human form! Okay?! … I feel like 1 MILLION tons of stress just lifted off of my physical and mental being!!!!!They completed a total detox of my chaotic 1500sqft apartment. I’m a high professional, single mother of 2 athletically and academically active boys… Mira and Alex created systems that made my home more efficient and effective for me and the kiddos. Now my kiddos are more self sufficient because every item has a home… What a healing, transformative effect their work produces… I didn’t anticipate the therapeutic and positive energy shift their work and presence would bring to my environment. It brought me to tears. I feel lite as a feather and Frreeee of environmental stress!!!! It was worth it… life changing experience… I’m so grateful I chose them over all the others! I would highly recommend hiring Mira to help with organizing your space. I recently moved into a new home and still had tons of boxes yet to be unpacked in the garage. She worked with me to declutter and categorize the entire garage space. She really understands how to optimize a space and organize in an efficient way. She was on time, easy to work with and incredibly professional. We went to the container store together and picked out the exact items we needed. She took all the required measurements and was knowledgeable on what items would work best. Hiring Mira to help on this project saved me days of work!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard rate is $60/hr per organizer and we work as a team of two organizers to expedite your project. Ballpark figure: Many jobs take about 5 hours x $120/hr = $600. We find that most of our clients want the job done as quickly as possible, so we optimize your experience by bringing Alex's downsizing / decluttering expertise and Mira's systems setup and interior design expertise. The work gets done TWICE as fast as if you were just working with a solo organizer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your booking starts with a phone call to get acquainted and see if we feel like a fit to work together. Then, we'll set you up with a first-time organizing session of 4 to 7 hours. Your organizers will assess your home or space and get started! Expect domestic miracles and impressive before / after photos! After the first session, we'll estimate how much longer our engagement will be. It depends on the density of clutter and how engaged the homeowner (you) can be with us. Most clients work with us between 1-10 sessions; 4 to 7 hours each visit. You can book organizing days one at a time until the job is complete. Once we've had a few sessions, you might even get inspired to work on your own between visits! The goal is to set you up to where you can maintain this new skillset and level of ease for LIFE!

Mira is a certified professional life coach with 8 years experience and she is pursuing credentials with the National Association of Professional Organizers. Alex grew up in a hoarder home and has a lifetime of experience with the psychological and hands-on realities of decluttering. She is also pursuing credentials with the National Association of Professional Organizers.
