- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices and fees are on a case by case basis. FREE estimates. All materials will be purchased by customer. Any additional material cost covered by contractor will be reimbursed. A 50% deposit due at beginning of project and remaining balance due within 15 days of completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet at project site and walk project. Take pictures and measurements. Go over materials and ideas for project. Provide customer with labor estimate within 48 hours. When job is accepted, all materials need to be on site or available for pickup before work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a subcontractor for Lowes, numerous general contractors and mitigation companies for over 20 years.
