A. I maintain national certifications in group fitness, exercise science and physiology primarily via American Fitness Professionals and Associates www.afpafitness.com
Q. How did you get started doing this type of work?
A. I feel that it was a calling. My background as an athlete and instructor of martial arts and dance welcomed the next evolution of challenge, excitement, and a cause greater than myself. I am honored to serve as the Cardio Kickboxingî Program Director.
Q. What types of customers have you worked with?
A. Primarily group fitness instruction and personal fitness instruction for partners, pairs, or couples.
Q. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A. I have to humbly state that it is difficult to keep up. These results are visible whether they add it to the testimonials page at www.cardiokickboxing.com or whether they mention it to me or not.
Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A. I understand the frustration, fears, and anxieties associated with selecting a trainer or program and that is why my program is designed to eliminate all the above. I work with YOU in spirited motivation and profound confidence so that WE get the job done.
Q. What questions should customers think through before talking to
professionals about their project?
A. That they are supporting the original Sport Specific Workout with a Kick and not a copy-cat program. And that I appreciate the privilege to be of service in helping them to meet their fitness goals and improve quality of life.
