- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I have to move an outlet behind the tv, if it can be done. The charge will be an extra $50.00. You can't run the power cord for the TV in the wall. Its against fire code.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I walk them through it. From start to finish. I explain everything to them before I leave. From a full home theater to just hanging a TV on the wall.
