- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the size of the yard, the type of work needed, and the overall condition of the property. I aim to provide fair and competitive pricing based on each customer’s needs. I discuss the scope of work and provide an estimate before starting so customers understand what to expect. Additional work can be discussed and approved before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to the customer’s needs and learning what they want done with their yard. I then assess the property, discuss the work needed, and provide an estimate. Once we agree on the details, I complete the job with care and attention to detail, making sure the yard is clean and tidy when the work is finished. Customer satisfaction is always important to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on yard maintenance work, including lawn care, trimming, yard cleanups, and maintaining outdoor spaces. I continue to improve my skills through practical experience and by focusing on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
