FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are priced at a minimum value of $15-$30 an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A personal phone conversation or in person consultation usually beings my new client process. We will discuss your needs and my skills sets to come up with a plan to achieve your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My nutritional education began early. My mother is a dietitian and growing up, eating healthy balanced meals taught me the value of cooking from scratch and growing your own food. When I decided to make major changes to my personal diet (going vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, processed sugar free...) I began more extensive self education through online and physical media. Some of the books/documentaries/physicians I use for health education are: Forks over Knives, Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead, Supersize Me, Dr. Joseph Mercola, Ester Gokhale, Dr. Eric Goodman with Foundation Training, Wheat Belly. I see no difference between health and nutritional education, what you eat directly determines the quality of your life. I studied graphic design and illustration, journalism and liberal arts at Madison Area Technical College in Wisconsin. I interned for the city of Madison, doing graphic and web design for the parks department. I served as the design director and editor in chief of the same college newspaper, The Clarion and was I awarded personal and publication accolades.
