- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! We always want to be on top of our game especially since the outsourced accounting industry is highly competitive. One of the things we are proud of at MontPac is that we are agnostic when it comes to the platform or accounting software that our clients want to use. Because of this, we make sure that we are up-to date with all the latest software and productivity tools available out there. We want to make the transition for all our clients to be as stress-free for them as possible. In fact, stress-free is our guiding principle in what we want our clients to experience in all aspects of our engagement.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
MontPac is a full-scope remote accounting services provider. We do anything and everything related to accounting, from transaction processing all the way to financial statement preparation. We have clients who have decided to outsource the entire accounting function wherein MontPac serves as their new accounting department. We also have clients who have opted to outsource only specific parts of the accounting function such as accounts payable or payroll. We also have clients who have very specialized accounting requirements such as those belonging to property management, law firms and tourism to mention a few.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your homework and conduct due diligence. At MontPac, we always offer our prospect clients the opportunity to get in touch with our existing clients. We make sure that we give references (especially from a client in the same industry) for them to contact. This gives our prospective clients the chance to objectively assess whether MontPac is a good fit for them. We believe that our role is not merely that of a service provider. Rather we think of ourselves as a partner of our clients, supporting them in the different phases of business that they find themselves in. Ultimately, what gives us the greatest satisfaction is seeing our clients reach higher and higher levels of success.
