Introduction: We do dust mite and bed bug removal on mattresses, drapes, furniture, carpets, stuffed toys, etc. We use a completely dry method, a special tool that is both a vacuum and UV-C light. The special UV light kills the dust mites and bed bugs, then the vacuum immediately picks up the dead bugs, their eggs, and their droppings. It also kills and removes bacteria and many viruses! This technique is much better than using a 'steam cleaner', which will leave moisture in a mattress, furniture, carpets, etc. By using a 'steam cleaner', you've added to the problem by putting moisture in your mattress, etc. This will lead to mold and mildew.
