After the Burlington flooding this summer, we needed a full basement renovation. We contacted Awaking Dreams, having used them before for a bathroom remodel. The owner came by within a day to provide a quote, which was fair, and the timeline was reasonable. The project started exactly as scheduled and was completed a full week ahead of time. The final cost matched the initial quote. The techs were very mindful of keeping our home clean throughout the process. We received daily texts updating us on which techs were arrivingcarpentry, plumbing, subfloor and flooring, drywall, mudding, ceiling scraping, priming, painting, and trim. The result exceeded our expectationsit turned out fantastic!

Thank you Dean, Mai and everyone else for bringing the vision of my home to life! What I particularly appreciated about Awaking Dreams and is why I will go back every time is the attention to detail, the willingness to drive for satisfaction on any small thing, the friendly attitude and communication, and ultimately the successful achievement of the plans, which in some areas seemed unfeasible. They made it all possible and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. We had a few setbacks and some items took longer than expected, which in retrospect was understandable considering the complexity of the job.
