- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Image Consulting services are priced by the hour, service or bundle. Tiered rates for individuals, pairs and groups of 3 or more are available for all services. Color analysis bookings for groups of 5 or more can be hosted at private homes or hotels on O'ahu. Travel to other islands for groups of 5 or more can be arranged for a fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• Color Analysis is one session with bookings from 8AM to 1PM seven days a week. This service is in-person only. • Color + Body Bundle is two sessions and includes color, face & body analysis. Session #1 is up to two hours and in-person only, while Session #2 can be done either in-person or by Zoom. • Image Reboot is five sessions and the most comprehensive package. It includes Color + Body Bundle and Style Strategy services, plus a recommended capsule wardrobe. It's for anyone wanting a head-to-toe reinvention. Session #1 is in-person only, while all other sessions can be done either in-person or by Zoom. • Corporate color events teach color mastery for wardrobe to executives, teams, employees and spouses. Color analysis experiences, workshops and keynotes can be arranged for destination retreats in Hawai'i.
