The Firm Pilates

Introduction: The Firm Pilates studio in East Honolulu is a modern innovative Pilates studio. We offer fun, challenging and efficient exercise programs based on the Pilates method. It is Hawaii Kai’s first luxurious full-service Pilates studio complete with balanced body reformers, EXO chairs, Pilates arcs, barrels, mats, and cadillac. The studio is our playground to enjoy with friends and family to escape the stress of work and everyday life and to restore balance to our bodies and lives. We offer energizing group reformer classes, reformer and EXO chair combination classes, mat classes and yoga classes throughout the day, 6 days a week. We also provide private and semi-private sessions to fit individual needs and encourage regular practice. Our diverse clientele, including beginners and professional athletes, absolutely love our customized programs. Our goal is to teach our clients about body alignment, body awareness, proper body movement, and peak performance to develop one's active body harmony for solid results and long-lasting health. Active body harmony keeps the active person's body in optimal working order. We achieve it by incorporating Pilates and massage therapy into our daily lives. Yoga and massage help our clients to stretch and relax after a rigorous workout. Our signature package is the firm studio deluxe package which includes a 60-minute private Pilates session immediately followed by a 60-minute body balance massage. The Firm Pilates studio is located in the Hawaii Kai Corporate Plaza next to Roy's Restaurant on the 2nd floor. Koi ponds and waterfalls welcome you into the courtyard. While in our studio, you will take in a gorgeous ocean view of Maunalua Bay. You may even see a beautiful sunset if you take an early evening class.
