Experience has been mostly positive. Brent is very thorough and I was impressed with him since the beginning. He has always been very professional. I feel like my property is very well protected and he did his due diligence in vetting the renter. I would recommend using his services. Only item for improvement would be better and more proactive communication. When we're actively trying to find a tenant, I would have liked more frequent updates and advice on how to improve the probability of renting the unit. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our fee structure is very simple. We have 3 general charges: 1. Monthly Management Fee - Charged when a property is rented out, this is not charged while unit is vacant 2. Lease Fee - Charged the first month after a tenant moves in. This is only charged once for each new tenant and it's intended to cover the cost associated with advertising the property, conducting showings, screening perspective tenants, negotiating and drafting the lease terms, as well as conducting a move in walk through with the tenant. 3. Onetime Implementation Fee - charged only once. It helps cover the cost associated with evaluating a property, creating the clients file, and setting up their information into our various systems. We offer pricing for individual units and also multifamily. There are also possible discounts for military (active, reserve, retired) and multiple units.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. Review customers needs. 2. Consult and review services. 3. Complete needed paperwork. 4. Begin management services The entire process can be completed very quickly, within 1 - 2 days depending on the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm constantly looking for new ways to help improve my services and each day I learn something new. I'm also a member of the National Association of Property Managers which gives me access to a variety of different classes and seminars which I attend regularly.
