- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am all about being honest and fair. I am diligent and efficient. At the same time not rushing but taking the time to care for everything you need and charging accordingly. I am not in the business of getting rich off of one job. I am happy to give you an estimate and go over exactly why I’m charging what I did.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we will set a date for an estimate where we walk through and discuss what needs to be done or thoughts about what they have going on. From there we figure out if they would like a regular maintenance service and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for multiple landscape and maintenance companies over the last four years. Gaining knowledge and an understanding for plants and their individual needs. I am also in the process of enrolling in HCC’s agriculture program to further my knowledge and experience.
