- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service cost are Light to moderate $20-$25 per hour depends on condition. Deep cleaning is $30 per hour. Clean outs depend on size of property,condition and man power needed to complete. These I will usually like to walk thru first then give an estimate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Worked for an independent company cleaning out beach rentals and just fell in love with the job
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a lot of rental turn overs and clean outs. I've also done personal accounts as well.
