Introduction: I began my career as a pipe fitter apprentice for the Board of Water Supply.
My specialty trade was in pipe fitting and laying and installation of new water service copper lines to homes and businesses.
I took an early retirement to move to the Island of Hawaii, working for a general contractor in assembly and construction of prefab homes. I moved on to become a maintenance technician at a 250-room hotel in Waikiki. I also became maintenance manager for a golf course in Ewa Beach.
My skills are in repairs, remodeling, new installation of plumbing, detecting water leaks, installation of bathtubs, ceramic tile showers, carpentry, minor electrical work, light fixtures, plugs, circuit breakers, etc.
I am a handyman who can repair flooring, plumbing, drywall, painting, and practically anything that requires a repair.
I give free estimates.
