I assist homeowners, sellers and buyers who are caring for elders or planning for their future as elders to utilize Universal Design Build in their plans for remodeling. Universal Design Build incorporates key elements that make a home safe for aging in place while preserving aesthetic value. To best serve you I first do a Needs-Analysis via telephone or Skype at no cost to you. You may receive huge benefit just from the initial needs-analysis, or you may want me there as your remodel progresses through to completion.
