FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Contact company as prices change due to availability, season, services provided, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer typically contacts with questions about availability and price. We ask what the client's needs are and what they want in a session. If one of our typical packages doesn't work, we offer a tailored package. We inform the client about copyright issues and logistics unique to Maui and their venue. Once the customer is ready to book, they send a booking fee to hold the date. As the date approaches, we coordinate and firm up time, location, weather considerations, etc. Depending on the project we attempt to turnaround photos and video right away. Usually, for still photos, we can turn around the 2-4 shoots within 72 hours. 4-8 hour shoots within a week. Our high quality films take longer to turn around because we color grade them, send them through audio correction and then edit. Final payment is due at the time of the event.
