Alex was all of the above… he responded quickly, he was professional, he was flexible, and he made a difficult job of moving my vacation items from my hotel room to my storage so easy. I was suffering from some pain and really needed the assistance and Alex handled all of it for me. I had the added bonus of benefiting from Alex’s extensive knowledge about Mr hotel and the best access points for loading and unloading. I look forward to hitting Alex again many times over in the future.
