- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to prepare a personalized quote plan for each customer but we do have a 3 hour minimum for events and 4 hour minimum for weddings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to gather specific details about the event so we can put together a plan. Then a personalized quote with contract details is sent. At some point we like to visit the venue prior to the scheduled event so we can further assess set up and equipment needs along with a better understanding of the customers' vision. Finally we prepare an individualized playlist for the big day and get ready to perform!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly looking at current trends in the industry to see where we can improve. Our DJ attends training several times a year to stay fresh and to hone his skills.
