I am clean cut. I am straightforward with what I can or can't do. I do not try,in any way,to fleece customers with the dirty business. I stand behind my work because I am a meticulous perfectionist. If customer not happy then I do what needs to be done to make them happy. Though, I must say, I haven't had that particular problem before.
