We bought a townhouse earlier this year and knew immediately that we wanted to change all outlets, switches, and fixtures throughout the house and garage; which included adding new lights in the garage. Sam did an amazing job! He was quick, clean, and thorough; with an ability to problem solve when things weren’t quite as expected as the property is about 40 years old. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge a fee for coming to look at your project as I believe you should only be charged for work completed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come to the project site and get a visual sense for what is needed to complete the project in a way the customer expects. This allows me to meet face to face with the customer as well and vice versa.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have ten (10) years experience in the electrical trade and have completed projects ranging from commercial to residential. I have also taken the required schooling for the trade at UHMC that allowed me to take the State of Hawaii electrical test. I have had my electrical license for over two years and I’m currently in the process of obtaining my contractor’s license.
