I'm originally from Europe and have lived in Asia, Florida, and now I call Hawaii my permanent home. I enjoy fusion foods (European, Asian, Carribean-Latin, Pacific Rim) , and have learned a lot through my travels. Chef Karol not only prepares instagram-worthy beautiful food but it is, without fail, delicious as well. He takes tremendous pride in his craft by sourcing the finest and freshest ingredients and preparing them in a unique and interesting manner. Have used many chefs over the years, hosting dinner parties and fundraisers, but Karol is the best.
