Although I had to cancel, I'm giving 5 stars because Mike was very quick to respond to each & every one of my texts/questions. He was very professional but, more importantly, he was extremely gracious when I cancelled. He didn't ask any questions and replied with, "No problem. Thank you." Thank YOU, Mike!

Immaculate's service was was called on when another vendor cancelled. Their quick response and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. The service performed was an exit cleaning for a leased office and lab space.

They were very accommodating when I had to change our appointment kind of last-minute. They did good work, the bathrooms practically sparkled when they were done, and they even stayed a little later to help me scrape some oil spots off the garage floor. They were also very polite and understanding when I failed to get the payment ahead of time and waited patiently while I got that ready. Thanks for working with me!
