- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love everything about planning wedding and events. Planning my own wedding, I wanted everything to be perfect knowing this would be one of the most special days I will be experiencing in my life. Unfortunately, my dad was unable to attend my wedding due to renal failure. The only memory and picture I have with my dad, was a visit we made to see him at the hospital after our ceremony. Till this day, I can't believe and don't know how I managed to make it through the day. I thank my family, friends and vendors for all their support. Without their support I know I wouldn't have been able to get through my wedding day. With any event, there are things that may occur that are beyond our control, yet having a strong support system helps us to get through these challenges.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get to know your vendors before signing their contract. You want to have vendors who are professional and who will make you feel comfortable, knowing they will be with you the entire day of your event.
