- What types of customers have you worked with?
I provide coaching & counseling services to business owners, individuals (life coaching and counseling). These services can be provided online via chat and email, by phone and face-to-face in my office.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be clear and honest. A coach/counselor is not a mind-reader. While they can sometimes guess at some things in a session and can check out their guess with you for confirmation, it is best to come out and tell them what your situation is. It saves time, helps you to stop acting out of fear and besides, most coaches/counselors have experience with such situations with other clients. A good coach/counselor is not going to sit in judgment.
