Introduction: I provide life coaching and counseling services via online chat and phone. In the fall of 2011, I will begin to provide face-to-face counseling again. Counseling and coaching services are provided to those who are trying to regain focus in their lives and who are looking to make the next big move. Additionally, I help those who just haven't been able to get out of life to remove the blocks and barriers in their way, so they can get more. I also assist those in recovery from addiction to maintain their recovery over the long haul. The anxious and depressed client is one who can benefit from a fresh perspective and the encouragement I will provide.
