Introduction: We are a small company that strives to give our customers a very thorough sewer inspection. By hiring us we will try the best of our ability to inspect the entire length of the building’s sewer, up to the city sewer main. We will provide you with a recording of the sewer inspection for your personal records or for use of another contractor if a problem is found. We also provide locating services that pinpoints the location and depth of the sewer line in case a problem is found within the sewer line.

Great Experience with Premier. I inquired about a driveway approach I’ve needed done for a few years and Tommy showed up the next day (when I made my appointment) He seemed very knowledgeable about the concrete and even informed me about varying mixes/strengths of concrete. I bugged them probably more than I should of during the project and every time he was willing to explain to me what step in the process they were on and why said step was necessary. I also asked Tommy to please not start until a certain time every morning, and he seemed happy to oblige. All in all I couldn’t be happier, he was cheaper than a lot of other people, he responded almost instantaneously, the workmanship is outstanding and the overall finished product looks great. If you have any concrete needs, give this small(er) company your business it is well worth it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $200 for an inspection if there’s easy access, like a cleanout. If it needs a new cleanout cap it can be $10-$20 extra depending on the cap type. If there’s Absolutely no access to the sewer line we can remove a toilet and do the inspection through there, we charge $35 to remove and re-install a toilet.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’m a plumber by trade and decided to invest in an inspection camera to offer a new service to my costumers.
