Introduction: We are a young company only in business for several months. I am Curly the executive chef, and I have over 25 years of experience as an executive chef, chef, executive sous chef and sous chef. I have strong managerial skills and proficiency in the restaurant/catering business. In addition, I have worked with and studied under four executive chefs, who have trained me very well in the culinary field. I have learned plenty of recipes from them and have also written several of my own over the years. I have successfully written and created menus and recipes for some of my past employers. We offer any and all ranges of types of foods from gourmet to your basic bar foods so feel free to ask us to cater your party or get-together with any style of food we aim to please. We also offer gluten-free, and we also make everything from scratch.
