Typically $25 for 1st stamp and $5 per additional stamp

Notary Public certified in the state of IOWA Fidelity Approved. NNA Member. NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent. $100K E&O Insurance. $1K Bonded. Experienced (3+ yrs) certified loan signing agent with a background in real estate. I have professional knowledge of several kinds of loan signings as well as any type of notarization. I am a military spouse, with extensive knowledge of VA loans and access to military bases as well. I thoroughly read all instructions on orders and treat each signing as it’s own. I take great pride in my work and focus on getting the job done correctly the first time. I am kind, courteous, and respectful to all my clients. I offer my services 24/7 , including same-day services, and last minute emergency signings.
